Performance Manager – Central England Coop

(Cirencester based)

An exciting opportunity has risen for somebody to join our team as a Performance Manager

Job Objectives:

  • Achieving and exceeding supply chain contract SLA’s and KPI’S 
  • Effective supply chain engagement and working partnership ethos 
  • Excellent service delivery, reactive and planned maintenance compliance 
  • Supply Chain capability assessments 
  • Financial Accrual Management 

Skills, Experience, Expertise and Qualifications Required:

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant experience within the FM industry  
  • Supplier performance management principles
  • Competent working knowledge of statutory and Non-statutory PPM schedules of works
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Good working knowledge of Health and Safety FM requirements   

Desirable Requirements:

  • Health & Safety – IOSH Managing Safely
  • Relevant FM qualification or CIPS qualification  

Other Important Information:

This role is Cirencester based. Working hours are 40 hours per week.
