The Triosgroup is a national provider of facility and property-related services, with extensive experience in the public and private property sectors, including commercial, health, distribution, leisure and retail markets – both on static and multiple site portfolios.

With over 300 staff, delivery is through three specialist operating divisions, all accessible via a single point of contact or click of a mouse:
Trios offers a direct labour force of skilled technicians who are planned, project and reactive activity is managed in real-time by our bespoke IT platforms.

Our mobile and static engineers are each supported by sector-specific support teams – all of whom are trained to focus on our customers’ needs and key drivers of reducing cost and energy consumption, whilst minimising disruption.
